The Celennia Memorial Library is home to several NPC shops and bookshelves. Players can cap their skill levels, unlock Rise of the Zilart and Chains of Promathia missions, and shop for gear throughout leveling.

Geography - Sells level 99 Voidwatch Abjurations History - Exhanges pieces of historical furniture for gil and offers Superior Item crafting materials
Institutions - Unlocks all spells, COR rolls, T1-T3 PUP attachments, available trusts, mounts, chairs, RoZ and CoP missions. Also sets all combat/magic skills to cap
Personages - Gives players a full set of job specific Artifact at level 51+ and upgrades level 52-60 Artifact to its +1 versions
