Sifa Alani is a NPC that upgrades Ambuscade equipment in return for Abdhaljs materials and Pulse weapons from various stages of content.

- Abdhaljs Nuggets come from VWNMs T1, ISNM T2, and Rogue 4.
- Abdhaljs Gems come from Wildskeeper, ISNM T2, and Rogue 4.
- Abdhaljs Animas come from Generals & HNM Besieged, ISNM T2, Rogue 4, and VWNMs T3.
- Abdhaljs Matters come from Escha Ru'Aun Warders,Escha Ru'Aun Ark Angels, Escha Ru'Aun Heavenly Beasts.
- Abdhaljs Metals come from ISNM T2.
- Abdhaljs Fibers come from NSANM Scorpions.
- Pulse Panoplia come from Escha Zi'Tah Tier 3 Bosses, VWNM T4, A Stygian Pact, and TBD.
