These augments may only be applied to armor between the levels of 91 and i113.
They cannot be applied to accessories.
If a player augments i109 Reforged Artifact or Relic armor, that augment will carry to the Reforged +1 (i119) version when the player upgrades the i109 Reforged armor. However, when the armor is upgraded to the Reforged +2 version, the augment will be lost.
Upgrading i109 Reforged Empyrean to Reforged +1 (i119) will cause the augment to be lost.
