Custom Job Adjustments

Some jobs have had Quality of Life (QoL) or balancing changes made to them and deviate from retail's set up.
Please refer to the following lists for changes made to specific abilities.

Summoner (SMN)
Mana Cede	Recast reduced from 5 minutes to 2 minutes. MP cost increases based on Enhances "Mana Cede" effect and "Mana Cede" + gear.

Dancer (DNC)
Quickstep	Evasion Down increased from 8 initial, 4/daze level to 8/daze level.
Stutter Step	Magic Evasion Down increased from 3/daze level to 6/daze level.
