Spawn Item:	Palila's Talon (Key Item) Rewarded after defeating both Sava Savanovic and Ruea.

Special Notes

When Palila uses Reverberating Cry, She will spawn vultures. Vultures already alive will use TP moves in tandem when she uses this move. 2 vultures <= 100% HP 3 Vultures < 75% HP 4 Vultures < 50% HP 5 Vultures < 25% HP Each use of Reverberating Cry can launch an avoidance down aura on the alliance. The Aura can be temporarily removed by doing 50K points of earth damage. Triggering the break will Staggar Palila for 30 seconds with terror and show a proc symbol. Under the aura, Palila will gain a hefty Regen and Regain.
