Uses the following notable TP moves: Has access to all TP moves of the current form he currently is in as well as the following: Bilgestorm - AoE Damage, Defense Down, Attack Down, and Accuracy Down Cackle - Magic Attack Down, Magic Defense Down, and Magic Accuracy Down.
